Stay away from Howard, he used last year 2023 pictures to appraise same house in 2024. He avoids getting keys, then demands $150 to go back for appraisal. He did the same last year. All this to keep houses value dirt cheap. Very dishonest and fraudulent. He will be reported!
Howard was really nice got quick return on my house appraisal. Did a really nice job on that. Would be 5 stars but he charged me the same price to do a appraisal on my empty lot next door. Which was a quarter of the work he had to put into the home appraisal and took an extra 2days to get back! 🤔 granted he started both appraisal on a Thursday and I got my house on Tuesday and the empty lot on Thursday 🤔🤔
I didn't go there, but one of their appraisers ended up in my fenced in backyard and on my deck with a camera facing my home, uninvited. When confronted he said it was a mistake,wrong address, but he should have alerted me by ringing my doorbell or knocking prior to trespassing on my property. If he had.identified himself and all parties would have avoided distress. I was not happy.
