Had an appt with these people and from the very beginning they were very passive aggressive and unprofessional. Everything seemed rushed and on a time limit. Any time i had questions it about procedures over the phone it always seemed as though it was a hassle. When I missed my appt and called to explain I had a death that just happened I was dealing with & trying to get arrangements together and tried to reschedule several times.
