RUN!! This place is a nightmare! DOG PARK: Disgusting!!! Management does a horrible job maintaining this. Residents do not pick up after their dogs and even though there are cameras and threats of fines, it’s obviously not enforced. In addition, management does not seem to care since they don’t have it regurly cleaned themselves (see pics). ELEVATOR: Always breaking down. I just moved in here! Love it. Ciara the leasing agent was so informative & nice! Renting a 1 bedroom that is spacious! New carpet, & building security is top tier! THE ONE AND ONLY THING that bugs me is the EXTERIOR LIGHTS on the front of the building. They stay on past 12am and it lights up my entire unit. Hard to get sleep like this even with the blinds down. Would love it if they cut them off at a decent time
