I did not have a pleasant experience with the new owner and management of these apartments. I had subleased my apartment during the summer. The guy paid an application fee, filled out an application, got a background check, etc. His name was legally on the paperwork. There was some mixup and rent was not paid for one month and the manager sends me a notice by mail to that apartment.
