I had such a great experience with Dr.Ben shimmel and his team. My surgeon is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but he’s also genuinely funny. his sense of humor made the whole experience so much easier and took away so much of my anxiety. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dental front desk, just like what other reviews said about rude and disrespectful behavior. I paid in full upfront for a consultation and requested to mail me the reimbursement check from insurance. I waited for two weeks, no check arrived. Called the office, Oh, they forgot to mail it. Had a very good experience with Dr Shimel and his team for my daughter’s wisdom teeth extraction. He explained the procedure clearly & answered our questions. He was friendly and very reassuring, he made sure that my daughter & I felt comfortable & safe every step of the way.
