Recommendednice and clean very relaxing, quite area.
Hourly tubs were so chlorinated that my eyes were burning and l had to get out because the steam was full of it and also made me feel like I couldn’t breath . My hair also was singed from the intense amount of chlorine . I wondered after if maybe they had accidentally added to much to the tub I was in and didn’t realize it because there is no way that could have been normal . Maybe the hotel rooms get different water then the hourly tubs and are not being so over treated with chlorine .
I always have a great time here! Great customer service. Staff are very helpful and professional. The environment is very relaxing. It’s great for couple get away or a group of friends.

I've been to Sycamore countless times and loved it every time. This time they put us in a run down room with a tub that barely got warm. I called the front desk and spoke with Amanda who claimed to be the manager. She said the water was as hot as it was going to get even though the tech they sent to check said the building we were in is the farthest from the tank. I asked Amanda to move us down the hill to a building closer to the tank and she said we could check out but that she would not change our room. Basically horrible... read more
