My mom, brother, and myself lived here years ago in an upstairs. I was in 4th grade at the time. We never had issues with the owners, it was clean, and fairly quiet other than random car horns and the train. Any issues we had they were addressed asap. I would NEVER EVER recommend living in these awful apartments. My husband and I were living there temporarily while our new home was being repaired. Our place was hardly livable! After only being there a day we discovered horrible water stains in the ceiling, our stove didn't work, and to top it all off we had serious electrical problems. The maintenance workers were extremely unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional. Well, all of them but the one who came to fix the stove.
