I purchased my wife's engagement ring from Sycamore Jewelers, as well as our wedding bands, and I could not recommend them more. They were AMAZING to work with!! The people there are extremely knowledgeable and they genuinely cared about making the ring process as easy and as special as possible. 10/10 recommend this business!!

I visited Sycamore Jewelers to have a watch that was acting strangely fixed. They promptly resolved the issue and provided excellent customer service. The shop has a welcoming and friendly transparent environment, clearly stating prices, services, and service times. I highly recommend!

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in this particularly industry. The store is thoughtfully curated and perfectly clean, the selections are beautiful, and the staff are very knowledgeable as well as ATTENTIVE! Walked in with no appointment and was promptly helped by not one but two of the people on their team. They also do some repairs. I highly recommend Sycamore if you're in the area and I'll be choosing them whenever I get the chance.

Paige was just the best to work with. She took the vision of my custom ring and was able to articulate with the designers with patience and focus to detail. We could not be any happier without ring and it will be passed down for generations to come.

Had an idea for a gift, and came out with a perfect, beautiful, custom diamond ring. Sophie helped me through the whole process, walking me through each glass case, asking a variety of questions to make sure I was ultimately making the right choice. After customizing the look and style, it arrived a week later. I couldn't have been happier with the result -- and nor could my wife, who had no idea this was heading her way. Thanks Sycamore (and Sophie!) for making this a Christmas to remember!
