Had an idea for a gift, and came out with a perfect, beautiful, custom diamond ring. Sophie helped me through the whole process, walking me through each glass case, asking a variety of questions to make sure I was ultimately making the right choice. After customizing the look and style, it arrived a week later. I couldn't have been happier with the result -- and nor could my wife, who had no idea this was heading her way. I have had a great experience here with Paige from sycamore Jewelers. She helped me out so much with a rather complicated request that involved melting down a ring and making an engagement ring for my brother and also repairing my mom's ring. She was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! She helped me figure the whole thing out and I feel like the price was very reasonable considering all of the work that went into this. I came in to have my ring resized after a negative experience at another jewelry store that kept giving me excuses for why they couldn’t do it. As soon as I walked into this store, they didn’t hesitate to help and got started right away. The staff was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and professional, and the price was very reasonable.
