I rented from them. They never returned phone calls. The windows were not installed properly. They never fixed anything and come to find out, the owner had no idea that the property was occupied so I came home one day with my locks changed with a note. It was by far my worst experience ever! I honestly could continue to live in the house right now if I wanted to because no one would know and the owner lives in CA. However, that is not doing the right thing so I moved. DON'T EVER RENT FROM THEM!

I am a renter, I couldn't get a call back after 6 voicemails. I never got any required maintenance on the property and there is a mold build up in the basement due to continuous flooding. I bought a house and moved and mailed them a letter in November but I still have the keys because no one will return my calls or emails and their office is an hour drive. They are thee worst!

Run from this company. They will take all your money. Total breach of contract. You might as well talk to a wall.

This place was once called detroit metro home solutions.a woman by the name of susan is one of the employees there.I had a total of $880.00 of security deposit and maintenance money that should have been forwarded to the next property manager.these people changed the name of their company to sycamore and ran off with my money .the telephone is constantly on buisy mode as though they are avoiding the angry calls from people the ripped off .I called several times only for them to say they will have susan call me back to never ... read more

This is, by far, the very worse company, of ant type, that I have ever dealt with. Since January 2015, I have been trying to get rental income on two properties that they were managing for me. I have made 100s of phone calls and sent many 100s of emails...all ignored. Do not trust them. They did not honor our contract. They have been more than a little criminally negligent. They have lost their license to operate. STAY AWAY!!!!!
