RecommendedIf you abide by the rules and respect your neighbors and lease, you will never have an issue. The new management here is amazing and friendly. They have all turned this complex around and even cleaned up the land making the place beautiful and more like a home!
These are supposed to he low income apartments. In reality they are way over priced for anybody who has any kind of income and don't care about their residents or their rights as residents or even as people in general. I highly recommend steering clear of this stressful train wreck!!
They have so many great activities for kids here and do kid based events throughout the year.. back to school bash all my kids got new shoes bookbags school supplies they offer free tutoring for kids and they just recently gave all kids 5 new books of their choice with a free ice cream truck for a couple hours. Every month they set up one movie night when warm they do movie outdoors I have great neighbors and management NOW are really nice and helpful
