I’ve used Sycamore for a few years now and their service is always 5 stars! Very fair pricing and super friendly technicians that know their stuff. Owning multiple properties, having a company like Sycamore is irreplaceable for me.
I called on a recommendation and Aaron was so nice and realized my immediate problem. It took a couple hours to dig out of all the snow but he got here, fixed the problem in no time at all and promised to come back should I have another outage with my furnace, on the coldest day since I’ve lived in Ohio❣️❣️ I am forever a client of Sycamore Heating and Cooling ❣️❣️
Many thanks to Aaron for answering my call for help and sending the calvary in via Nathan within 2 hrs of my call. Furnace & thermostat were malfunctioning immediately ahead of a major winter storm & heat was disappearing from my home. Nathan arrived & quickly determined that I needed a new circuit board on my 30+ yr old furnace. He was skillful enough to locate a new board for this antique.
