We’ve really enjoyed our time living at Sycamore Greens and are sad to be leaving! The main office staff have always been so friendly, professional, and helpful — they go out of their way to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. The maintenance team is equally fantastic: skilled, knowledgeable, and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. Que triste con estos apartamentos vuelvo a quejarme Tengo mi estufa mal. No tienen personal de mantenimiento. Y ahora fuero. Y me dicen que es falla eléctrica y asta el lunes van a ir tengo cosas que cosinar en el horno y voy voy a poder y ya te go todo listo ahora lo voy a tirar porque mi horno no sirve. No lo puedo creer que son bastantes apartamento para que solo tengan 2 personas. De mantenimiento. Que irresponsabilidad. We are so happy that we have been treated like real people since we moved into Sycamore Green! We started looking to move several months ago from a nightmare experience just up the street. Recent move in this month. office staff, management, and maintenance have been friendly and made the process easy. Had issues with some appliances and they were addressed and fixed right away. Overall great experience !
