Casa Estates absolutely knocked it out of the park with their remodeling services! The new look and feel of their properties are truly impressive. The attention to detail, quality of work, and professionalism of the team were top-notch. They really did out did themselves and I love their dedication to making the park feel like home.

This is a gem of a community with affordable manufactured homes for sale and a handful of RV sites for rent. Having worked with the community management company, I can say they truly care about their residents and are making big improvements to the community.

I called and had to leave a message and I really thought that no one would get back to me. Wow! Was I wrong!! I received a call back in less than 5 minutes. All my questions were answered and the gal was really friendly too.

I visited this park earlier today and it looks really nice , it seams like a lot of progress is actively being made , I strongly recommend visiting here looking for your next home the maintenance person in the red truck was actively trimming trees to making the park look cleaner

I went to the open house at Casa Estates Arvin, and it was such a good experience. The staff was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. They had a lot of nice mobile homes for sale, and the application process was super easy, which I really appreciated. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. If you’re looking for a new home, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out.
