Rachelle Blanco at Casa Arvin Estates has been wonderful. She is professional, friendly, and always willing to help residents with anything they need. She keeps the mobile home park running smoothly and creates a welcoming environment for everyone. Her communication is clear, and she handles concerns quickly and respectfully. It is clear that she truly cares about the community and the people who live there. I highly recommend Rachelle Blanco for her excellent service and dedication.

It was a pleasure walking in and meeting Rachelle. She was very kind and patient in answering all of my questions. Lovely little park, a real community feel. Nice units in different price ranges. Rachel is a very knowledgeable manager, and knows people she can refer for needed repairs or desired upgrades. Will work with you to find your forever home.
