I am amazed at how bad of quality of work I’ve seen from a company that’s supposed to be the best in the area. Between living units not fixed supposedly fixed. System is not running correctly parts not installed correctly and the worst part about it. Tools from others on job sites they becoming missing after you guys picked them up And put them in their toolbox. I wish they would learn how to do heating and air correctly. I’m also in construction industry as well and I do know that there is new guys there’s situations that popped up and then there’s just some jobs that will not go according to plan. However, on site visits I have Watch Sycamore employees literally stay on their phone. The entire time they were there on a personal call. I used these guys for a job and they followed no safety protocols. I had to find out from my company’s EH&S. Scary situation, totally irresponsible on their part. Their admin is also extremely poor. Tons of billing errors, quick to get angry when we point out their mistakes. They treat their customers like they hate them. Pretty soon they won’t have to worry about billing us for anything.
