Good place to live. Quit Maint has been good. Just installed new door wall and bdrm window. Turned in work order at nite time. Maint man was at door next morning with new kitchen faucet. Replaced and was gone inside of 30 minutes. Job well done!!!

fine place to live if you’re okay with maintenance just entering your apartment when you’re asleep or not home. this was my first apartment and my first time living alone so i’m not sure if this is a normal thing that apartment complex’s do, but there have been multiple instances where i’ve been asleep and woken up to maintenance men in my apartment. as a young woman in her 20’s, this was obviously alarming. they would come in at early hours in the morning and i work a late night bartending job so i would still be asleep. th... read more

Very fast maintenance service. Other than that, there is nothing positive to say about this place. Bad management, tight space, no washing machine, and expect a lot of trouble when you move out. You will be charged with every imaginable things, which I haven't seen in my entire lives living in different apartment complex spanning different states until here.
