I wasn't expecting this. I called the office to let them know that my account wasn't working. And because this was about 3 in the afternoon in the hottest part of the day I told them I didn't want anyone on the roof at that point in time but she convinced me that the maintenance people knew how to work in the heat. A few minutes later maintenance was knocking on my door and got my ac working. I was amazed and still am.
I stay here out of necessity. I have an elderly parent a few minutes away and I stay here to care for her. If I had any other viable option I’d take it. I have been here a long time and every time they change management teams things get a little better for a while, but the staff soon become complacent. Many of the residents are on government support so they don’t have much concern for keeping the place presentable. I had left a good review a few years ago but I'm changing that. Things that were promised to be fixed. Bathroom floor, kitchen floor and countertops need to be replaced. The bathroom was supposed to be done April 18th and 19th when we were out of town . It wasn't-called and left a message for Cynthia and never received a call back. I need a tray for the drawer in my refrigerator and the stove is lopsided and needs to be replaced. This place is nice. Great location view restaurant and dining. The only serious main problem here are the on going water issues.
