If you like doing laundry don’t live here. Machines are always broken. When I first moved in it was $1.75 to wash and now it’s $2.25 not including the drying cycle. Just for the machines to take your money. The office won’t do anything about it, they’ll just tell you to call the service number for the washing machines. They probably won’t change their laundry system or do anything to help their tenants have an easier experience with their laundry system.
I have never been to this place. And now I never will. The owner literally commented on a review that absolutely hated the community after being ignored for months. The owner says that they were so happy they enjoyed the amenities. What amenities? Seriously, at this point it’s not even worth the thought of being homeless to even try to live here.
I debated writing a review but I feel it is needed for future and current residents to understand what living there is possibly like or may still be like and the reason for my personal experience living there. To start me and my husband lived there for two years. The community is great. We got along with our neighbors who were all very friendly and helpful. I the past I wrote 5 star reviews. NO MORE. They promoted the Porter and have since ignored his job. There is dog feces everywhere I walk, which affects my appetite for the day. There are no bags, and the bins are disgustingly full. Maintenance does nothing to pick up anything, even paper cups. I really hate going outside.
