Do be late! They don't take payments, they charge you a fee plus a daily rate, once you go down that rabbit hole you never come back out I paid them $3,000 in one month and still never made it out.

Elham is a great maintenance worker. He helped us fix many issues of the house during our move-in, and he handled everything quickly and professionally. He was very patient, explained the problems clearly, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Good Good.

I don't like to bad mouth or ever write a review. But l feel like l need to. Because l wish l would of known this before. The water issue is a problem!!! I been here almost a year and please know your water will be shut off at leat 2 to 3 time a week. My last experience was the worst from 10 to 5 and l was sick wit a stomach bug. Gross could not flush! Hot water sucks . You never have hot water in kitchen. But this isn't even the worst of it. Cause l could deal with it! The worst part is the roaches!!!!
