It’s March and 103°. I turn my AC on and…..hot air blows out! I do an online service request (a great feature) and the next day I get a knock on my door from Ilhem, the friendly maintenance technician. I explain whats going on and he goes up on the roof and has my AC fixed within 30 minutes. I truly appreciate the prompt and friendly service of the maintenance crew here! TOP NOTCH!
The introduction to the Apt were great and clear.
Millie & staff are just absolutely amazing! Very informative & super helpful they made me & my family feel very welcomed & comfortable. Definitely recommend these apartments to anyone!
Horrible living conditions. Horrible management. Roach infested apartments, water leaks, and mold left to grow with absolutely no word from management after multiple emails with photos, phone calls, and physical visits to the office. I guess the remodel of their leasing office was way more important than the health and safety of their tenants. Do not live here if you care about your health.
This place sucks! very shady. Do not move in here. They don’t attend to their tenants they don’t fix anything the apartments are roach infested! There’s mold in the apartments. Plus you’ll wake up to homeless people outside your door. Don’t do it.
