Do not move in here this place is infested beyond belief. No security no cameras and Management refuses to do anything about it they actually encourage homelessness and drug addiction here.

I would give Sycamore Cover Apartments a 4-star rating. While the complex itself has a lot of potential, it's located in a part of town that isn’t the best, which can be a concern. The property could definitely benefit from more investment in maintenance and upgrades, as some areas feel a bit dated. One significant issue is the need for enhanced security. I've lived here for 2 years now and I hate everything about it. My upstairs neighbor has an abusive heroin junkie boyfriend I've had to call the cops on a few times. Someone also set their apartment on fire and no one cared. The fire department didn't even show up. Roaches are everywhere. I found one an inch from my face last night. Don't come here.

Looks decent on the outside it's a gated community but there is alot of problems, from watching people over dose in the Parking lot to tweakers constantly leaving walking in and out of this complex asking for money. Management doesn't to be on site at all or they stay hidden, so looking at an apartment is like a hit or miss, they don't have any security cameras like they said they would and cops seem to on this property alot.the apartments don't seem to be properly cared for by maintenance nor management. I've lived here for one month and cant wait to get out. Ive been approached by another resident asking for a trash bag (which i cant afford which is why i have to live here) with a gun in his pocket (i have ptsd from a gun related incident so it kinda freaked me out, but knowing the neighborhood, i understand) because he had just been robbed. Such a comforting place to live (im being sarcastic of course)
