Nice place to living
GREAT LOCATION if you don't mind COCKROACHES. My son lived there for several years and was recently able to move out. The location is fantastic with everything close. However, even though my son tried everything about cleanliness, roach treatments, etc. his apartment had significant cockroach problems. He could not control what came in from outside his apartment and the management would never get rid of the cockroach problem.
This community has become increasingly unsafe due to rising crime, including tire thefts. The lack of effective management, such as not utilizing CCTV, exacerbates the issue. I recommend that people consider alternative living options where safety and security are prioritized, allowing residents to thrive without the constant fear of crime.
I don’t recommend this community. This community isn’t safe, stolen cases happening day by day and management isn’t installing CCTV, many times we complained to manager but no action taken.
