This community has become increasingly unsafe due to rising crime, including tire thefts. The lack of effective management, such as not utilizing CCTV, exacerbates the issue. I recommend that people consider alternative living options where safety and security are prioritized, allowing residents to thrive without the constant fear of crime.
I don’t recommend this community. This community isn’t safe, stolen cases happening day by day and management isn’t installing CCTV, many times we complained to manager but no action taken.
This community is not safe. • Vehicle tires have been stolen multiple times. • Open-gated, allowing anyone to enter. • Someone attempted to steal my car’s rims. • No CCTV cameras for security. • Management has ignored multiple requests to install cameras. • The manager is not helpful. • Urgent security improvements are needed.
We have serious concerns about the security in this community. The area does not feel safe, as there have been multiple incidents of vehicle-related thefts, including stolen tires and attempted rim thefts. The open-gated setup allows anyone to enter, making it easy for outsiders to come in without restriction. No CCTV cameras installed. Improved security measures, such as controlled access, surveillance cameras, and increased patrols, are urgently needed to ensure the safety of residents and their property.
