It’s a nice, quiet community that is well maintained. Kaileigh in the rental office was very helpful in helping me solve a problem. All of the staff I have interacted with have been really friendly!
Was looking for an apartment in Holt, found this close to everything I wanted and tucked away so cute!

this place is a joke and a bad one. the way they treat their tenants trying to evict them with little warning creating unrealistic terms is despicable for sake of greed. they are liars and should be ashamed. glad their is attention on how horribly mismanaged they are and hopefully lose in court
