Very unprofessional and rude staff. They tried multiple times to add extra charges onto our rent and Will not redo the charges till I threaten taking them to court.
Was great when I moved in. But now you pay for others utilities. They lump them all together and divide by apartments, so if you're a single person, you'll be paying for the multiple other people in other apartments in your building. Ridiculous!
