I have lived here for almost a year now and it has been so nice. The complex itself is so peaceful with kind neighbors and lush plants and trees. The common areas and pool are always kept clean and accessible. The manager, Nick, is very responsive and genuinely cares about his tenants and our experience here. The maintenance team is timely and efficient with any repairs needed. Overall a great place to live.
People live in this building make too much noise they have a cars with modifications on the mufflers and around 4;30 am they active all the hood car alarm we going to send the police soon, other tenets drop the dog pups from the 3 floor to other neighbors houses
Horrible management company. Significantly increases rent while providing less services and an unsafe living environment. Avoid renting here or any other properties in the area managed by Global Integrity Realty. They have ruined a once beautiful apartment community with greed and unprofessionalism.
They change management here like underwear. They continue to increase rent while services, safety and living standards decline. I've lived here 4 years and have watched the significant decline in quality. I'd suggest avoiding any property managed by Global Integrity Realty Corporation.
