I have a nervous nelly of an old puppy. The doctor and tech were absolute rockstars. They sat on the floor with her, gave her the time she needed to relax a bit, and even did her nails on the floor instead of trying to get her into the back and possibly stressing her more. Front desk was so nice. Great experience all around.
Dr. Wilhelm and the entire staff are friendly, helpful, and have gone out of their way to care for our new rescue pup!
Update 5/30/26: I am saddened to remove my initial 5 star good review due to very bad mismanagement and rudeness over the phone from office staff . Madonna had me wait on the phone for a very long time and then hung up on me. I was actually at a pet boarding place and needed to get info from the vet for my rescue dog when this happened. The boarding place staff was astonished at this rude behavior as they were there to witness how long I waited and then was abruptly hung up on. Dr. Angela is just a treasure. My corgis have been my world, and I wouldn't trust their care to anyone else. She started seeing my first when she was 9, and gave her excellent care through a couple of health crisises, referring her out to specialists when necessary. She made sure I had every resource available to help her have alternative treatments and rehab to keep her with me through her struggles with DM, which began when she was 14 1/2 and eventually put her in a wheelchair for the last few months of her life.
