They will not work with you to figure out another opportunity to use the fee paid regardless of any situation you are in or words spoken. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Sokoloff and the staff at Sycamore Animal. They are professional, knd hearted, knowledgeable, and truly care about their pet patients. They go above and beyond for their pet parents, such as taking the time to educate, give advice, and listen when concerns and issues arise.
