DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE SYBO ROOFING for any roofing needs. Me and two of my neighbors paid for our roofs to be totally replaced by Sybo Roofing. After installation, a few months later my front living room ceiling became wet. I contacted them and they came out and "repaired" the leak. Fast forward to last September, it started RAINING in my garage and my front living room, same place as the "repair" was. Son purchased home with roof by Sybo and Warranty was provided. Roof has been leaking constantly Sybo came out 3 different times to try to address the leaks. Each time assuring was fixed and they would come back to repair the damaged drywall in the house. Roof is still leaking have not been able to reach anyone at this company since November. **2nd Update** Changing my original review from 1 to 3 stars. The owner, Antonio, made it right and the lien was paid off in a timely manner. ***Update*** I was finally contacted by the owner, Antonio on Aug. 23rd. He apologized for the complete lack of communication from his employees and informed me that Sybo has already paid back almost half of what they owe for our roof and it will be fully paid off by mid-October. This was also verified by the metal supplier. I strongly advise against using SYBO as your roofing contract... read more
Exceptional roofing company!!!! I spoke with Antonio, and he just provided the most upscaled customer service experience ever. His employee Shane went above and beyond on finding our leak and repairing my roof. I will definitely be using Sybo roofing in the future!! I hate that had to come back and drop the review to 4 starts. I called to have my roof checked after hurricane Milton damage my roof. I spoke with Shannon and left my information, but no one called me back. I had to end up going with another roofing company.
