My new favorite breakfast in Salem! I went with my aunt and uncle and I got the Sybil’s signature omelette with fruit and hash browns. It’s a perfectly cooked omelette with zucchini, mushrooms and spinach with hollandaise on top. I got a side of peaches. Everything came out perfect. My aunt got a classic eggs Benedict and my uncle got an omelette with olives which is rare but everyone enjoyed their food!
