We made an appointment to have a gas valve installed for a recently purchased dryer. When Shyma got a couple of emergency calls for that same day, he called to let me know he would be coming later in the day. When he arrived, he completed the installation. The work and communication and personality were all very, good. I recommend O'Connor Plumbing and will use again, if needed.
