High quality friendly service. I don’t mind waiting either. I’ve only had to wait one time and by choice because I wanted to have a pedi as the same time as my daughter.
Super disappointed after going here almost two years and bringing several other customers to them. Had an appointment and waited over 30 minutes and then left because they still weren’t ready for me. These places that take walk ins need to consider their established clients and make sure if they schedule and appointment someone will be available. Time to find a new nail salon.
I like coming to SY nails. All the girls do a great job except the owner. She ruined my pedicure. I wouldn’t go to her.
