Horrible customer service paid $450.00 for this unit only used it three times the pen dried up they don't want to do nothing about it I had contact in of them about 4 months ago but their email came back that was on the website. Happened to find her receipt few weeks ago and gave it a shot got a hold some people they just gave me a runaround set about 30 days is the warranty well there's a reason why that pen only 30 days because that's all it last. I bought a microscope from Kessler but after setting it up and using it for about 10 minutes I, decided it was not quite right for my needs; the well and overhead lights were quite dim. I asked for a couple replacement bulbs which were sent but they too were dim. Well, after returning the scope, their techs looked at it and figured out there is a brightness setting which was set to the lower brightness; all it needed was a quick flip of the switch and VOILA!, it's just fine!
