Horrible customer service paid $450.00 for this unit only used it three times the pen dried up they don't want to do nothing about it I had contact in of them about 4 months ago but their email came back that was on the website. Happened to find her receipt few weeks ago and gave it a shot got a hold some people they just gave me a runaround set about 30 days is the warranty well there's a reason why that pen only 30 days because that's all it last.
