Useless! I had a Samsung fridge that stopped working and called Samsung only to find out the warranty had expired after 5 years and I was now into my 6th year. Samsung told me to call Sy electronics to get it fixed at my expense. When i called Sy, I told them that one of the circuit boards had a red blinking light. The woman I talked to said that it was my compressor and that they don't have personnel that does that kind of work. What? You are supposed to be a Samsung authorized service center.
