you don't understand why... but they constantly charge you for subscriptions that are not clearly explained... you can not delete your Credit Card(all good companies, allow you to delete)... it is a problem that I am still living! I can't get them to remove a subscription regarding Registered Agent (they just ask if you want to use but didn't say it's a subscription)...and the actual service is $25-$100 and they charge you $149 quarterly!

This company is a scam. They will not stop charging your card and will not answer your calls or emails. I have been attempting to get them to stop charging my cards for like 3 years and now they are charging me 150 every 3 months and will not stop. STAY AWAY!
Had the worst experience with their service, and they won't give my money back even if the service is useless. I completed my own form after paying for the order and reviewing their work. I wanted a professional to prepare my form but instead, I prepared a better form than them. The product given to me was doubtful and no use.
