After escalation and discussion with their product team, SWTCH has issued a full refund including shipping. The matter below has been resolved. I am extremely disappointed with SWTCH’s service. I moved into a brand new apartment and tried to use the newly installed EV charger. I reported that the charger was not working over 20 days ago, yet I have not been able to charge my vehicle even once, while monthly fees are still being charged. During these 20 days, I contacted customer support multiple times by phone and email. Not sure if my last attempt went through or not. I have been trying to learn how to get an EV charger installed at Lakhouse in Barrie and the process has been frustrating. The developer and the building manager were of no help. I brought in 3 different electricians who all shed some light on the situation but nobody had all of the answers. I called Jenell Boyd at Swtch today and she was amazing. Kudos to Jenell
Customer service takes weeks to reply to escalated issues. And its an AI response. Terrible.
