They have 2 charger at my apartment complex that worked 4 times then suddenly quit working. Their investigation process is quite limited. This company is a scam and will refuse to send a repair technician for BRAND NEW equipment. I’m literally the only person to charge on these chargers. They were just installed BRAND NEW. And the DON’T WORK. This company deserves to go bankrupt.

They charged me $10 when it was supposed to be a $1.70 transaction. Then they say they cannot find the transaction after months. I do not recommend using their products or services!

Terrible!! Don’t use them …. I tried to set up an account while at the Ottawa Delta hotel. I gave them all my info TWICE and could not get on the chargers . Frankly , it seems like a scam. Be careful!!
