I called and told them what I believed was the issue, they got me in within a week. Easy drop off, called within a few hours to tell me the diagnostic, total costs, timing. The fix was timely, seemed appropriately priced, and great communication! There was no pressure to fix anything, just gave me the information… it was tie rods, so needed the fix 100%!! I would definitely go back and recommend!
I can't say enough good things about Bob and the crew at Total Car Care. Bob was quick to reply and honest about my car's issues. The crew worked quickly with my schedule and my car was done early. If I need any work in the future, I'll be giving them a call!
