My experience with Pete and the whole team at SWS Roofing was great! They installed my new roof in early June and its beautiful. Pete answered all my questions and helped me choose a good shingle brand and color. He also explained my options with gutter replacement and there was no pressure - just good info. The installation crew led by Nick was very professional and the cleanup was thorough. I had a few other options and I'm so glad I chose SWS.
Unresponsive for problems after being paid for the big installation job. In 2021, SWS redid our roof with all new shingles, plus new gutters with leaf guards, with a 5-year warranty. Looked great. Since then, however, we've had two separate leaks, and we weren’t able to get them to show up or even consistently communicate. (We’d never had leaks in the 10 prior years we’d owned the home.) Pete was easy to work with. His crew did a fantastic job on our siding, soffits, fascia, gutters along with a knockout front porch update! You can tell when people take pride in their work and it definitely showed with our project! Thank you.
Pete and his team are exceptional--clear communication, punctuality, fair pricing, quality material and work. Would recommend to anyone in need of roof and gutter replacement/installation.
We had extensive hail damage that required new windows and a new roof and gutters. Pete and SWS helped guide us thru a difficult and stressful time. They were affordable and their work was excellent. The job was done in a timely matter and they treated our home with respect by keeping a very clean job site. With the difficulties of dealing with insurance and managing a job this size, I would highly recommend Pete and SWS and would definitely use them again.
