Bought 3 products. Cane with blade, 2 OTF knives. 1 of the knives was limp and never worked out of the box. Contacted there office? And was told they don't fix them no returns. I guess by there standards 2 out of three ain't bad. Odd customer service.
Rip off. Go to budk or cheaper than dirt. That is if you want this cheap mall ninja junk. Gerber Kershaw CRKT schrade camilus hell frost cutlery is more reliable anything but this stuff.
Worst customer service and they basically rob people, purchased a cane and knife and a friend as birthday gift the product didn’t arrive on time because it them 3 weeks before they ship the product to me without and notice that why it was late, so I asked if I can return it back they said yes once I sent the product back $75.17 plus tax and shipping so one I return it they only refunded me back $47 and they cannot tell me why it is $47 so I asked to exchange it to something else and they said No then I asked instead of givin... read more
