The office isn't much to look at, and John Vargo (the guy in charge) tends to ramble quite a bit. BUT, he's 100% fair which is hard to find in the current market and will tell it to you straight. He even told me that I would be silly to not counteroffer on a home I was looking to buy-which DROPPED his commision, since its paid on percentage. He's really good about being available evenings and weekends too.
