Fairway Mgt is a low rent organization. By low rent, I mean they’re the lowest quality apartments. Fairway owns 600 slums all in “rural” areas covered by the USDA Low Income Tax Credit rule. The owner of Fairway WROTE the LIHTC law in Missouri. No wonder Jefferey E. Smith is a multimillionaire. JES HOLDINGS made $620 MILLION last year. Living here has been upsetting this past 3years out of the 5 years. Mgmt and maintenance seems to be an issue. Rodent infestation is my major concern. It feels unhealthy breathing and it seems like Mgmt doesn't care about us seniors. We come we die and another tenant moves in.Dead mice in walls, behind and in furniture. Depression and anxiety have set in. Currently on fixed income can't move. Don't want to. Just want to have my right to Quiet Enjoyment honored per contracted lease. Been living here since 2016 and I am sad to say I wished I could find some place to move to. Corporate has no desire to keep up maintenance inside or outside and they CAN NOT keep a property manager due to the fact they tie their hands on finances and allow several of the tenants get away with bullying and causing havoc within this community. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone and I would leave if I could. Sad state of affairs and shame on Corporate for allowing this.
