We had a showing scheduled with Ryan. While waiting for him to arrive, we went inside and quickly realized the space was not a good fit for us. When Ryan arrived (mind you, in sweatpants and t-shirt - very unprofessional to start), we let him know, and he was frustrated that he had made a ‘40 minute’ trip to meet us.
