I used to live in the Kansas City area & go to the swope location on the Missouri side & never had any issues with scheduling appt. I recently moved to the Kansas side & the Wyndotte location is much closer. However when it come to scheduling appt. They NEVER answer the phone (dental) nor to they return messages. I have called a few times a week for the last month. I have left maybe 7-8 voicemails & no one as responded. My work hours conflict with me walking in to schedule an appt. Valerie Duff is an exceptional doctor and one of the only doctors who has listened to me and truly cared about my well being.
An excellent place to get care at. The doctors really care about how you're doing and really helps you. Dr Valerie Duff is the best doctor I've ever had. She is passionate about her job and you do not leave her office with any unanswered questions. She is a treasure to her profession.
