My experience was good and everyone was kind and helpful. I had my prescription called in and 3 refills no problem.

Poor care, communication and service. My prescription ran out and they wouldn't approve refill without an appointment, which i was not notified of (or notified at any time of anything). I definitely don't recommend even if its your last option.

This is a very small Swope Health Northland office located inside Beacon Mental Health Services (Tri-County Maple Woods) It is very handy for those of us located in the Northland going in for routine check-up's, ear aches, blood work and medications. I like the nurse and the Doctor on-site is very sweet! The previous reviewer with COVID-19 probably was 'too' much for this small/tiny office located in such a huge public building. Wasted my time and energy due to people answering phone not listening and not paying attention. I called to make an appointment for a cornoavirus test & they said yes come in we have an appointment available. After getting there, filling out paperwork, waiting, then being taken back to be told that they can’t do anything for me due to they aren’t equipped to handle that. They only deal with mental issues.
