My husband went there for the first time a month ago for a follow up after a trip to the ER. Everything went great with the first visit. But then the problems started. They were supposed to fill out his FMLA/STD paperwork and never did, despite the company faxing multiple times and him physically giving them the paperwork, which caused him not to be paid for most of his leave. Went to get my dental work done here. Aubrey Brittel the Dentist Hygienist was so kind and is always very personable and informative. The dentist, Dr. Trefil was very informative and even offered to get all of my dental work done in one day since there were so many cancellations because of the bad weather. Instead of waiting another month for my next appointment we knocked out 2 birds with 1 stone! She was very professional and personable as well. I went to the emergency room because my blood pressure was high I was told to go see my primary. I've been calling for the last 3 weeks to get in to see my primary with no luck. I am now running out of my blood pressure medication I've called three to four times and still no answer. My last appointment was at 1:40 I didn't see a doctor to almost 3:40. I really hate going to this clinic truthfully. I feel like they're overbooked and understaffed . And I don't feel like the patients are priority anymore.
Receptionist was rude. Nurse was rude. Dr. didn't even try to help me. They yelled at me for being in pain. The list goes on and on. I don't even feel like detailing all of it but terrible.
This place should be ashamed of itself. I've been calling to try to establish a primary care physician and I guess I'm glad nobody picked up the 5 times I've called now because this place DOES NOT CARE What a joke!
