This location is HORRIBLE at timeliness, communication, care, and kindness. I will NEVER IN MY LIFE come back to this office unless I was already dead. The nursing staff was rude, they changed the type of appointment I was supposed to have with my Primary Care to a basic pap smear with a temp doctor WITHOUT my knowledge, left me in the room to wait for over an hour while they laughed and hung out in the hallways. I do not recommend this place at all it has been a terrible experience for me. I went to this clinic for urine lab tests, and they promised my results would be ready within 5–7 days. I kept calling them, but they never returned my calls. After two weeks, they finally told me that the lab work couldn’t be completed. I urgently needed my results, so I had to go to a different clinic where I received them within three days. This caused me to spend extra money. I read the description of "state of the art" facility but yet no one on the appointment line answers or returns a call in the medical department. I have to call the main number for Swope Parkway to get an appointment. If that is the way it is handled, please eliminate the number assigned to the Hickman facility on the website.

One of the best swopes/doctors care I’ve had. The front desk/DOCTOR/ Phlebotomist were all great and amazing! And they got me in last minute where none of swopes were able too. My only day off from the month. Thank you, thank you so much!!
