I really like the office on Hickman Mills. It's very nice and the employees are very friendly and easy to communicate with

Mama Jones decided that she no longer wanted to provide services to my adult daughter with a disability citing that she is too high a level of care. She was going to see her for a follow up appoitnment for a procedure that she ordered. She also decided to share with others that I was seen in her office as a patient, too, to establish care. That is a HIPAA violation. I was told that there is a process to follow and she did not observe it and she discriminated against my daughter's disability. The nurses for the doctors that take appointments need to be retrained. I never been so mistreated and act and so unprofessional before from Caroline. Don’t know her last name, but this is ridiculous. I don’t write review the less it need to be wrote for customer service answering the phones and taking information need to be looked at.
