I felt extremely heard by my care team today! Very easy to get labs done immediately after my visit. I'd recommend my provider Dr. Decker, best provider I've probably ever seen.
Latest Dr did a good job pulling out a tooth. Didn't give me the pain meds he made it sound like he was going to give me. Disappointed in that but overall good experience.
I am so sad to say that service for behavioral health/counseling has been very poor on the phone w that staff for information purposes, etc. 9 months so far with no counseling scheduled since referred June 2025 Sometimes things are complicated, I realize, but phone staff very poor, hurried, inattentive to basic details of "requested 9 months ago no contact in that time frame (and, again, referral HAD been done/sent and no professional concern or sympathy from operator when calling even though I barely mentioned my need for c... read more
