I give this dealer and his staff an F. They lied to me from the first moment. First, they sent me a message telling me that I was approved, then I asked how much the down payment would be and they told me 10% of the value of the unit I chose. I went to the dealer and asked for the price of a unit, they didn't give it to me. I was there for an hour and nobody even told me anything, just to fill out and sign some papers. Liars and cheaters. Motor and transmission had to be replaced within a year of ownership. Promised me a new motor with 100,000 miles and a 3 year warranty. Recieved a used motor and reman transmission. Liars
I love my 2019 Buick Encore !! Fell in love when I test drove it !! Something was wrong with my car & Ms Marsha fixed it ASAP !! haven’t had ANY issues! Great people & great cars !!! This place can help someone that needs a second chance. They are affordable, and the people there are the best your ever going to find. They make you comfortable and treat you with respect!
