I want to first to thank swope freedom plan for allowing us to purchase my Kia optima. I haven’t had a chance to enjoy my car because of all the problems with this car. We bought this car and since the first month I have been putting two quarts of oil in my car for the last two years. I have brought it to the dealership attention and they blew us off. We are currently still paying for this vehicle. I will tell you now if you going to buy a car them I wouldn’t.
I give this dealer and his staff an F. They lied to me from the first moment. First, they sent me a message telling me that I was approved, then I asked how much the down payment would be and they told me 10% of the value of the unit I chose. I went to the dealer and asked for the price of a unit, they didn't give it to me. I was there for an hour and nobody even told me anything, just to fill out and sign some papers. Liars and cheaters. Motor and transmission had to be replaced within a year of ownership. Promised me a new motor with 100,000 miles and a 3 year warranty. Recieved a used motor and reman transmission. Liars
I love my 2019 Buick Encore !! Fell in love when I test drove it !! Something was wrong with my car & Ms Marsha fixed it ASAP !! haven’t had ANY issues! Great people & great cars !!! I appreciate everyone who works here !!! I walked in w 700 in my pocket ! Gave it to them so they could hold the car have her the rest on pay day !! & I got my car they believe in 2nd chances !!
