Today I had a really horrible experience at Swoop Salon with Sonja. I went in with a groupon with the hopes of finding a stylist that I liked and would want to keep and hopefully work with me on a color correction. Right of the bat she rushed me in and was short with me, insisting that I just needed a trim. I told her no, I wanted a haircut and I even had pictures.
