The doctor took time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly during the examination. The clinic was clean, organized, and comfortable, which made me feel relaxed throughout the visit. I truly appreciated the patience and care they showed me, and I left feeling reassured and well taken care of. It was an excellent experience overall.
I felt that I was in the right place the minute I walked through the door. From the comfortable attractive offices to the friendly staff, my visit at Swoop Eye Care was great! I feel good about the plan for treatment of my neuro-optic diagnosis from Dr. Wallerich. So glad I made the trip to Richfield!
