I’ve seen Hailey for lashes and Alex for brows many times, including for my wedding, and I trust them completely. Their talent and professionalism always impress me, which is why I continue to see them to this day. Even after moving farther away, I still make the trip because they are absolutely worth it. Both are so skilled, professional, and personable—I couldn’t recommend them more!
Unfortunately won’t be coming back to this salon due to poor communication from the owner. I was booked for a 2 week fill on Friday. I called on Thursday at 8am to reschedule because I was sick. The owner booked me for Monday not letting me know this will be charged as a 3 week fill. I could’ve came the next day (Saturday) did she give me that option? I got a signature Hydrafacial with dermaplaning and the glow was INSTANT. Linnea was an absolute sweetheart - she created such a relaxing atmosphere and took the time to review the products I use at home. She gave me a sample of the sunscreen they use and I think I’ll buy it next time I visit Swoon as it leaves no white cast and absorbs well into my skin. Hoping to make this a quarterly ritual. 🧖♀️🧖♀️🧖♀️
I called the morning of to see if they could fit me in and they fit me in that hour! Taya did my foreign lash fill and i absolutely LOVE them and love taya! They are so welcoming and friendly! The atmosphere is also amazing and such a comforting to get your lashes done. I love my lashes and for a foreign fill, they did AMAZING! i got exactly what i wanted :)
12/10 experience. Booked my first hydrafacial with Linnea and it was amazing!! I am obsessed. We talked about my skin and products Im using, she explained what she was doing and I left with such a hydrated glow! My skin has never felt better. I will definitely be coming back.
