I wanted to share my recent experience at Swoon Lash, as I left feeling extremely disappointed. I booked a hybrid set for my birthday, and from the start, the results were not what I expected. The lashes looked uneven, incomplete, gaps in between and almost like they were already due for a refill. I was also told the corners, left and right side could not be done, but no clear explanation was given.
