My experience at Swoon was a mix of good and disappointing. I booked a blonding appointment with Cara, and we communicated in detail what my goals were over text. I’d been growing out my damaged hair for over two years and finally had fresh, healthy hair that could handle color. I've been seeing Chelsey for a few months now and absolutely adore her. She listens and really gives me feedback that helps me make decisions when it comes to my hair. She's so knowledgeable and there's never been a question she couldn't answer! Anything from coloring to products. She's an angel and she's helped me take good care of my hair. That being said, everyone here seems so sweet and are obviously very good at what they do. I highly recommend Swoon if you're looking for a new hair stylist.
