No frills gym. Has the equipment needed to make a health change through fitness.
Went today with a friend & someone had control of the speaker. It was so loud that I couldn’t even hear my own music LOL…. Your music isn’t that good trust me
Owner is great and friendly no lines no one breathing down your back peaceful workouts. Everyone that works out there is super freindly
