I have used Swoboda for more than 2 years. Their customer service is terrific, often scheduling me at 7am. When I have seen a problem that isn't taken care of w/their normal quarterly service, they return immediately, no charge and "sweep" the attic, change chemicals, whatever is necessary. I highly recommend them.
BE CAREFUL IF YOU WANT A JOB COMPLETED! – This company is unprofessional, arrogant, and does not finish the job! Their scheduling is horrible. They lack "average" communication skills. When you discuss these with the company owner, he requests that you NEVER contact him again. Now I understand why they advertise so much - they cant keep a customer base!
