Came to Lake Charles for thanksgiving from DFW. Got a lift in with my brother the day before. Has everything you need to get a solid workout in. Staff is 10/10.
Antwan and Mary did an excellent job showing the location only $5 for a 24 hour day pass, best gym is SWLA, former pro athletes train here simple gym but nice with sauna
Great place. Been going for 8 years!
