I'm disappointed with the situation at this place in building #4. The A/C unit has not been working since January. I informed the front desk that we are in May, and everything has stayed the same! Also, the door on the side was damaged in November last year and is still not functional today; the new person at the front desk told me I have to push harder!!! I will have a second operation on the knee in a couple of weeks, and I have to move the box, press and push the door to open, and hold her at the same time because the sta... read more

Paid my balance and their locks were not removed after notifying them I'd be driving from Texas to retrieve my items. I had to extend my U-Haul and get a hotel costing me an extra $250. There is no emergency or after hours number. Waited ten minutes past 9 am for the manager to arrive late. Had attitude because I was waiting there for them to open their business at 9:10 when business hours says 9 am. No customer service skills or greeting when entering and no apology for the wait.
